Help Desk Analyst

Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support to end users across desktop, mobile, and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint devices.

• Create, manage, and close service tickets while meeting SLA requirements.

• Support Active Directory user administration, password resets, and account management.

• Assist users with VPN, printer, email, and connectivity issues.

• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure or engineering teams when necessary.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.

• Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools.

• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications.

• Experience supporting enterprise environments.
