Service Sales Manager

Williams Plumbing (https://willplumb.com/) is looking for a Service Sales Manager to build and grow our Service & Repair Department. This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on generating recurring revenue through preventative maintenance agreements (PMAs), service memberships, renewals, and related service offerings.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business, meeting with customers, assessing their needs, creating proposals, closing agreements, and managing customer relationships. This role is a strong fit for someone with B2B sales or business development experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical services, facilities management, or construction who is comfortable both selling and building a sales function from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, construction project handoffs, and targeted outreach.

• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, owners, contractors, and other decision-makers.

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand maintenance needs and identify service opportunities.

• Develop and present proposals for PMAs, memberships, and other preventative maintenance services.

• Negotiate scope, pricing, and terms while protecting margins and ensuring services can be delivered profitably.

• Drive new agreement sales, renewals, customer retention, and account growth.

• Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, proposals, and forecasting in ServiceTitan.

• Partner closely with Service Operations, technicians, dispatch, marketing, and construction teams.

• Establish sales processes, reporting, and performance metrics to support sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of sales, business development, account management, or client relationship experience.

• Experience selling plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, facilities, construction, or other technical/service-based solutions strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to develop relationships, generate new business, negotiate, and close sales.

• Strong understanding of customer needs, pricing, profitability, and account retention.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to build processes and create opportunities independently.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

• Leadership or coaching experience preferred.

• ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
