Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across Supply Chain, manufacturing, commercial operations, product, and digital fulfillment, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, governance, decisions, and implementation from definition through stabilization.
• Own end-to-end value-stream and operating-model design from NPI and design transfer through demand and supply planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, and lifecycle support.
• Define the Supply Chain model for software, digital, and hybrid offerings, connecting physical product flows with digital entitlements, licenses, subscriptions, inventory, master data, and customer delivery requirements.
• Lead NPI and design-transfer readiness for software and subscription offerings, ensuring clear requirements, operational controls, manufacturing and fulfillment readiness, quality and regulatory alignment, documentation, training, and sustainable handoff to operations.
• Drive Support Digital Core initiatives that strengthen the foundational processes, data, systems, controls, and ownership model required to support digital and software offerings at scale.
• Lead the Big Rock Software Subscription program, coordinating Supply Chain, commercial, finance, product, fulfillment, service, and regional readiness required to enable and scale subscription-based offerings.
• Drive Hybrid Countries Orders initiatives, defining scalable processes for markets requiring coordinated execution across software, digital, service, and physical products.
• Lead Digital Inventory capabilities and process transformation, improving visibility, governance, accuracy, and lifecycle management of digital inventory, entitlements, assets, and related operational data.
• Establish current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes, decision rights, roles and responsibilities, controls, handoffs, training, and adoption plans across global value streams.
• Establish program governance, integrated roadmaps, and performance measures such as forecast and plan accuracy, lead time, on-time delivery, backlog, inventory and entitlement accuracy, cycle time, quality, rework, and revenue or cash readiness.
• Identify root causes and process gaps; lead Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives that improve customer experience, execution consistency, quality, scalability, and operating cost.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, Service, Finance, IT, and regional teams to translate business needs into executable processes and sustainable capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across a global matrix, resolve cross-functional barriers, drive timely decisions, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in program management, Supply Chain, manufacturing, operations, or business process transformation.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from process definition through implementation and stabilization in a global or matrixed organization.
Demonstrated experience improving end-to-end operational processes, such as NPI or design transfer, planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, or lifecycle support.
Ability to establish program governance, manage roadmaps, risks and dependencies, drive decisions, and measure outcomes using operational performance indicators.
Experience translating business needs into clear process requirements and partnering with technology teams to enable solutions.
Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and problem-solving skills, including communicating with senior leaders and resolving cross-functional barriers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with software, digital, subscription, SaaS/XaaS, or hybrid offerings that combine physical products with digital fulfillment.
Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated industry.
Familiarity with ERP or subscription-management processes and systems, such as Oracle Fusion or SAP.
Lean, Six Sigma, project management, or change management training or certification.
This should help attract experienced Supply Chain and operations leaders who can lead the Support Digital Core, Big Rock Software Subscription, Hybrid Countries Orders, and Digital Inventory programs, while still welcoming candidates with relevant digital experience.
