Full job description
Overview
You will spend time with the marketers who own a channel, watch how they work, map where the time goes, and find the high-volume, repeatable steps where an agent changes the economics. You will develop an understanding of what opportunities exist that were never before possible to execute. You will learn the specialized marketing domains well enough to know what a good outcome looks like, will write the case for what to build, define the success metric, measure the baseline prioritize on expected value, and bring marketing, legal, data, and platform partners along on the plan.
Responsibilities
You build what you scoped working closely with domain SME’s. The agents span the marketing lifecycle. Agents find the insights in our data, help decide what to test, write the brief and the copy, generate the creative, prepare the legal review, ship the experience, and analyze the results.
You write the evals that decide whether an agent's output is good enough to ship, and the harness they run in. You do the integration work yourself, against our data warehouse, marketing platforms, creative tooling, and review systems.
You own what you ship. After launch you track cost, latency, failure rate, and quality drift. You decide where a person must stay in the loop and where a checkpoint is only friction, and you build toward agents that improve themselves over time using learning loops.
While marketing is the focus, the same agents reach into Legal, Finance, and Sales wherever their work sits inside a campaign, so you will learn those functions well enough to help build solutions at the intersection of marketing and those adjacent functions. You will chain their pieces and ours into new end-to-end workflows, and we feed back what we learn so their platforms improve with every build.

Growth mindset, extremely curious, passionate about AI and what is possible, comfortable with ambiguity , highly collaborative, high EQ, and strong leadership skills to help facilitate AI adoption across the organization

-
You can decompose an end-to-end business process into steps an agent executes reliably, and decide where a person has to stay in the loop.
-
You have written production agent logic yourself and can walk through a workflow you built end to end, including what broke and how you fixed it.
-
You have written evals and built the test harness for an AI system, and used them to decide what ships.
-
Demonstrated ability to design effective prompts, workflows, and autonomous coding processes that allow AI agents to handle complex, multi-step tasks while maintaining strong quality, security, and reliability.
-
Working fluency in building deterministic portions of agentic workflows with languages such as python, javascript, SQL
