About the role
We are hiring a Product Manager to join Chime’s Growth team, focused on Marketing Technology. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Data, building the platforms and capabilities that help Chime reach members with more relevant experiences and make smarter growth decisions.
This is a role for a PM who can move comfortably between growth strategy and the technical details underneath it. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, translate marketing and member needs into scalable product capabilities, and use data and experimentation to understand what actually drives incremental growth.
In this role, you can expect to
-
Own product strategy and roadmap for marketing technology capabilities that support Chime’s growth.
-
Partner closely with Marketing to understand growth opportunities and translate them into scalable product and platform capabilities.
-
Work deeply with Engineering to define technical requirements, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and build reliable systems that can scale across channels and use cases.
-
Partner with Analytics and Data to define success metrics, understand member behavior, and measure the incremental impact of product investments.
-
Build and evolve capabilities across areas such as audience segmentation, lifecycle orchestration, personalization, experimentation, measurement, and marketing data activation.
-
Develop hypotheses and experiments that help the team learn quickly, improve growth outcomes, and inform longer-term platform investments.
-
Bring structure to ambiguous problems, balancing near-term growth opportunities with the foundational technology needed to unlock future growth.
To thrive in this role, you have
-
7+ years of product management experience owning and shipping technology products with measurable business or customer outcomes.
-
Experience working on marketing technology, growth platforms, lifecycle products, customer data, personalization, experimentation, or adjacent data-intensive products.
-
Enough technical depth to partner closely with engineers on system design, integrations, APIs, data flows, architecture tradeoffs, and platform reliability.
-
Strong analytical fluency, including defining metrics, interpreting behavioral and funnel data, and using quantitative insights to make product decisions.
-
Experience designing, evaluating, or using controlled experiments to determine incremental impact and guide product strategy.
-
Experience partnering with Marketing or Growth teams and understanding how technology enables targeting, activation, measurement, and optimization.
-
A track record of turning ambiguous cross-functional problems into clear product strategy, priorities, and shipped outcomes.
