ABOUT THE ROLELiveRamp is the data collaboration platform trusted by 97% of the top 100 US advertisers. We provide the world’s leading publishers, retailers, media networks, brands, and platforms with the infrastructure and expertise to build privacy-safe data partnerships of the kind that generate real, measurable business outcomes at scale.

Our customers include some of the world’s most data-rich and strategically important organizations, including Microsoft, NBCU, TikTok, Uber, major publishers, and a growing number of retail and commerce media networks who are building the next generation of audience and measurement products. These companies have made significant investments in data collaboration infrastructure.

The Collaboration Architect helps them turn those investments into durable, scalable business value. Collaboration Architects help customers move from infrastructure investment to repeatable business impact. You will shape programs that connect data, technology, people, and commercial strategy, and leave behind operating models that continue to create value long after the initial build is complete.

This role sits within Customer Growth & Insights (CGI), the team responsible for expanding program depth and network scale across LiveRamp’s most strategic accounts. You will work closely with customers to design and operationalize their collaboration programs across three connected pillars:Data and technology: data hygiene, identity, privacy, governance, levers for scale (eg, API, MCP) and cloud architecturePeople and operating model: partner collaboration model, roles, workflows, building a Center of Excellence, tradeoffs between custom and scalable offeringsGo-to-market: Ensuring the above two pillars reinforce the underlying value proposition

The specific plays we run vary by customer, but the objective is consistent: build a program the customer’s team can operate, scale, and improve independently, with LiveRamp as a strategic partner.

If you are energized by complex, high-stakes program builds, thrive at the intersection of technical depth, operating model, and commercial strategy, and take genuine satisfaction in leaving customers stronger than you found them, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with strategic customers to translate their ambitions into end-to-end data collaboration programs built on LiveRamp’s platform. Lead customers to productive decisions on their data and technology approach, privacy framework, and operating model in the context of the customer’s broader business strategy

  • Co-build the customer’s internal operating model (organizational structure, workflows, training, partner delivery, and role responsibilities) into a Minimum Viable Program that can scale impact efficiently without LiveRamp in the room

  • Recommend the best solution at the intersection of LiveRamp’s clean room capabilities and the customer’s business objectives. Use cases may include closed-loop measurement, audience monetization, media-driven attribution, and co-branded data products.

  • Identify, engage, and enable the customer’s agency, analytics, and data science partners. Remove operational and technical barriers that would otherwise slow program growth.

  • Join late-stage pre-sales efforts with commercial leaders and Solutions Engineering to scope requirements and assess customer go-to-market, technical, and organizational readiness

  • Co-produce a Master Playbook with the customer: a transferable, reusable foundation that documents how the customer’s program works

  • Maintain a partner network perspective on each account: which collaborators belong in the program, which use cases generate the strongest mutual value, and how the customer should expand over time

  • Leverage a customer’s network effects to engage and win over partners new to LiveRamp, embracing them with a high-value first clean room experienceFeed structured product feedback to the product team on a defined cadence, translating real program friction into actionable input

The ability to lead technical architecture discussions and executive strategy conversations within the same engagement. You are comfortable building relationships with Product, Data, Marketing, and Privacy leaders at large organizations and aligning stakeholders around a common path forward

  • Communication. Excellent writing and verbal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for commercial audiences, and commercial objectives for technical teams. You enjoy teaching, enabling, and helping others become self-sufficient. You love winning over reticent audiences who have had a project unexpectedly land in their lap.
