- Support PM activities across multiple smaller, less-complex low-voltage projects
- Track project schedules, change orders, and manpower needs
- Coordinate project documentation and administrative requirements
- Maintain project information through spreadsheets and Smartsheet
- Communicate with project teams to keep deliverables and timelines on track
- Support projects across security/CCTV, fire alarm, AV, and nurse call Learn Convergint's internal project management processes and tools
Skills and Requirements

3+ years of construction project coordination, Junior PM, or Assistant PM experience
-
Understanding of the construction project lifecycle
-
Experience supporting change orders and project schedules
-
Experience coordinating manpower/resources

Strong general project management fundamentals
-
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and project-tracking tools Strong communication and organizational skills

Low-voltage construction/project experience
-
Exposure to security/CCTV, fire alarm, AV, or nurse call systems

Smartsheet experience

Experience supporting multiple smaller projects simultaneously

Experience with federal, K-12, utility, or similar projects PMP is a plus but not required
