DCS Caregivers / In-Home Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals Now Hiring - Make a Difference in a Child's Life We are urgently hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Hospital Sitters supporting children in DCS custody who are receiving medical care. If you have a heart for caregiving and experience working with children, we'd love to speak with you. Position Overview Hospital Sitters provide supervision, companionship, and a calm, supportive presence for children in a hospital setting. Candidates must be attentive, patient, and comfortable working long shifts while maintaining a safe and encouraging environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience Ability to pass a background check First Aid and CPR Certification (training available if needed) Completion of required online training Benefits of Joining Our Team Flexible scheduling $250 sign-on bonus (after eligibility requirements are met) Weekly pay Employee benefits available Hours and Compensation Position: Hospital Sitter - Children in DCS Custody Location: Knox County Pay: Approximately $16 per hour, paid weekly Schedule: PRN / As Needed Shifts Available: - Day: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Weekends and holidays may be required Interested?
