Accounting Manager, Insurance

What to Expect We are seeking an Accounting Manager for Tesla Insurance with industry expertise to assist with all aspects of accounting and reporting for the Tesla Insurance Services Auto business. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting for PandC insurance operations as well as statutory accounting and reporting, as needed. The Manager will work alongside our corporate accounting and insurance finance and operations teams and become a trusted partner, assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures. This role is critical to the success of our insurance industry growth. The Accounting Manager will manage the accurate completion of the team's assignments while developing the capabilities of teammates and will lead innovative efforts to continuously improve processes to ensure work is performed in the fastest, most efficient means possible.
