Job Title: Recruiter I

Job Description

The Recruiter I (GTM Sourcer VA) role focuses on high-volume recruiting for global sales and worldwide public sector teams, primarily supporting solutions architects and field sales professionals. You will manage a substantial requisition load, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through candidate screening and assessments, and partnering closely with a recruiting lead for onsite interview and offer stages. This position requires strong sourcing expertise for highly cleared roles, excellent communication skills with senior leaders in government and corporate environments, and the ability to work independently within a globally dispersed team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 2030 open roles at any given time, ensuring timely progress across all searches.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial intake with hiring managers through candidate screening, assessments, and progression to onsite interviews.

  • Source and engage top talent for solutions architect roles (L5L7) and field sales roles (L4L7), with a significant portion of positions requiring security clearances.

  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and clearance-focused platforms as primary sourcing tools, minimizing reliance on traditional job boards.

  • Use modern applicant tracking systems and in-house tools to manage all candidate engagement, maintain accurate records, and track progress from sourcing through hire.

  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and success profiles for each requisition.

  • Screen candidates for technical fit, sales acumen, and suitability for working in cleared and government-related environments.

  • Coordinate and administer applicable assessments, ensuring candidates have a clear understanding of expectations and timelines.

  • Provide candidates with clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about roles, compensation ranges, and hiring processes, particularly for senior and government-level stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with a recruiting lead, who will take over at the onsite and offer stages, while ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent candidate experience.

  • Communicate professionally and confidently with senior leaders, including L7L10 stakeholders, in both government and corporate settings.

  • Work independently within a globally dispersed recruiting team, maintaining strong virtual collaboration and proactive communication.

  • Handle corporate-level candidates and business partners with a customer-obsessed mindset, earning trust through reliability, transparency, and follow-through.

  • Demonstrate bias for action and the ability to move searches forward despite roadblocks, focusing on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Apply leadership principles such as earning trust, customer obsession, bias for action, and learning and being curious in daily recruiting activities.

Essential Skills

  • 1.52+ years of recent recruiting experience, preferably in agency or corporate environments, with a focus on high-volume hiring.

  • Proven experience heavily using modern applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate management.

  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing and engagement platform.

  • Demonstrated ability to use an ATS for all candidate engagement, tracking candidate information from sourcing through offer and hire.

  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for corporate-level roles, including sales and solutions architect positions.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively with a globally dispersed team, maintaining strong virtual collaboration.

  • Track record of handling high-volume requisition loads while maintaining quality and timeliness.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, including L7L10 stakeholders.

  • Experience working with candidates and stakeholders in cleared and government-related environments.

  • Customer-obsessed approach to recruiting, focused on providing an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Demonstrated bias for action, consistently moving processes forward and overcoming obstacles to deliver results.

  • Ability to earn trust quickly with hiring managers and business partners through transparency, reliability, and follow-through.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and continuously improve recruiting practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree is preferred as an indicator of long-term commitment and professional development.

  • Background in agency recruiting is highly beneficial, particularly for high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments.

  • Experience supporting global sales and public sector teams, including solutions architects and field sellers.

  • Familiarity with clearance-focused sourcing platforms and recruiting for roles that require security clearances.

  • Comfort working with senior government and corporate stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about roles and processes.

  • Ability to navigate complex hiring scenarios without allowing roadblocks to prevent delivery of results.

  • Experience partnering with recruiting leads or senior recruiters to coordinate onsite interviews and offer processes.

Work Environment

This is a standard office-hours role, typically operating on a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule, with no travel or overtime expected. You will work within a globally dispersed recruiting team, collaborating virtually with colleagues and business partners across different regions. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, with a strong emphasis on using modern recruiting technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, AI-driven tools, and in-house systems for tracking candidate information.
