The Talent Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality front-line team members across assigned communities. This role manages full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company hiring standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume community roles
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, outreach and hiring events
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions
• Ensure compliance with EEO and state hiring regulations
• Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
• Strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency or healthcare/senior living environment
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing background, including experience leveraging job boards, social media, networking and recruitment platforms to attract top talent
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
