Full job description

Description As Director of Qualified Success Architecture, you will build and lead the team that turns our platform into pipeline for the world's best revenue teams. Your team owns the implementation, the adoption, and the technical credibility of Qualified in the rooms where it matters most.

You will be a trusted partner and carry the Qualified flag at Salesforce. A thought partner on strategy. A truth-teller on what customers really need. A force multiplier across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will be fluent in its architecture, its culture, and its leaders, and you will earn a seat at the table with all three.

This is not a management seat. It's a builder's seat. You will define what a world-class Success Architect looks like in the era of conversational marketing and AI agents, then go find, grow, and keep the people who fit that definition.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a bench of elite Success Architects. Raise the bar with every hire.
  • Coach for growth. Build clear career paths, and retain top performers by giving them stretch work, visibility, and a reason to stay.
  • Set the culture: curious, accountable, customer-obsessed, and fun to work with.
  • Make the Qualified brand magnetic to the best architects in the market.
  • Execute the Qualified Implementation Framework. Evolve it. Scale it. Make it the gold standard.
  • Guide the most strategic customers through architecture, data model, and rollout with the Enterprise Architects who run their stack.
  • Help develop and run executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews that tie Qualified to customer revenue goals.
  • Drive adoption, health, and renewal. Know every at-risk account before it knows itself.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates through case studies, testimonials, and speaking moments, working hand in hand with Marketing.
  • Advise on customer strategy, team design, capacity, and investment.
  • Bring the executive view of customer health, renewal risk, and expansion opportunity.
  • Build and sustain executive relationships across Salesforce and our customers.
  • Co-plan with Salesforce teams on joint customers, joint pipeline, and joint wins.
  • Engage in internal product discussions, bringing customer feedback into actionable insights to help shape the product roadmap

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience, including 3+ years leading technical teams
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
  • You command a room, from a customer's CMO to a Salesforce executive.
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
  • Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles
  • You possess a bachelor's degree
  • Passion for making customers successful with software solutions
