  • In the first 30, 60, and 90 days, you will:

  • Within 30 days: You will have familiarized yourself with full cycle sourcing by learning the Navan product and SOPs. You'll also begin establishing relationships with the global events and offshore sourcing team. You will be fully onboarded and sourcing for active events.

  • Within 60 days: You will provide product and Navan partners feedback and help with projects to streamline sourcing. You’ll also have a full understanding of 1) self-serve, 2) full event management, 3) M&E the Navan Way

  • Within 90 days: You will become a trusted and reliable sourcer for the events team and build strong relationships with hotel partners and clients. You’ll also begin to own projects that will contribute to elevating the sourcing process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of end-to-end event management experience with a heavy focus on sourcing, vendor coordination, execution, and budget management.

  • 3-5 years of direct experience working within hotels or the hospitality industry.

  • Deep regional or nationwide knowledge of hotel brands and property tiers to negotiate competitive deals, add-ons, and concessions.

  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate confidently with clients face to face and build strong, lasting relationships.

  • Proven track record of managing high-volume projects, prioritizing high-impact tasks, and remaining calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence with the ability to present effectively to senior leaders.

  • Exceptional adaptability and creative problem-solving skills with a commitment to high-quality outputs and follow-through.

  • Willingness to travel roughly 6–8 nights per year for team and client connections.
