Full job description

ARE YOU READY TO WORK AT PRIMEREVENUE?

The Client Advisory Associate plays a consultative, advisory role to the decision makers at PrimeRevenue's customers and prospects in their region on working capital and payments strategy. The Associate proactively engages with Tier 1 and 2 customers as part of the Commercial TEAM, enabled by CAS's analytical methodology and the delivery of data-driven storytelling. Success is measured by the increase in close rate of deals progressing through the Analysis stage, the penetration of deal spend brought into scope, and the accuracy of estimated customer outcomes and booked revenue. The Associate leads the financial and operational analysis behind sales presentations, ROI analyses, client use cases, and execution efficacy spanning both the new sales cycle and ongoing engagement with existing clients. The Associate plays a thought-leadership role in the wider Commercial TEAM and scopes data requirements, working with Data TEAM and the various analytical tools at their disposal to ensure action-oriented insights are triaged and delivered.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Partner with the SAE to qualify and progress deals from MQL through Analysis stages, assessing prospect/customer Willingness and Ability, enabled by Spend and Receivables Analysis Questionnaires, MEDDICC methodology and Detailed Spend Analyses.
  • Own the accuracy of prospect/customer outcome and PrimeRevenue revenue estimations – measured as a comparison between Proposal and Program Charter/Design figures.
  • Deploy the CAS TEAM's semi-automated analytical process, SCiMap, to prepare and present tailored analyses and recommended courses of action — always grounded in desired business outcomes — to prospects' and customers' senior leadership.
  • Engage directly with PrimeRevenue customers' Economic Buyers and Champions, partnering with them and the SAE on the ongoing measurement of the customers’ desired outcomes.
  • Lead the systematic discovery of how existing customers derive value from the solutions they employ on PrimeRevenue's platforms.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support Decision Support initiatives and strategic corporate development efforts.
  • Monitor changes within the overall credit market and report back on potential effects for PrimeRevenue's business.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 6+ years' working experience within the financial services or fintech sectors, preferably in client-facing consultative, sales engineering, or solution architecture roles.

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting.

  • Command of the dynamics Financial Statements and possessing the ability to communicate in the language of desired outcomes for the customer, both internally and externally.

  • Understand and interpret the dynamics of the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) components (Inventory, AR and AP).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (must have).

  • Willingness to work in an international, dynamic environment, with ample appetite to learn and evolve. Constantly curious. Comfortable and confident presenting to customers' C-suite and senior management.

  • Smart, Hungry, Humble.

  • Preferred:

  • Excel Macros and SQL knowledge.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or any other well-established CRM tool.

  • Familiarity with Tableau & Tableau Prep, Sigma or other data prep and visualisation tools.
