Full job description
We are a premier stone fabrication and installation shop based in Woburn, MA, specializing in high-end granite, quartz, quartzite, and natural stone surfaces. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, safe working practices, and a supportive team environment. We are looking for motivated, hard-working team members to join our field installation crew and learn a skilled trade from the ground up. No prior stone experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right person. As an Installation Apprentice / Helper, you will work directly alongside our lead installers in the field, transporting, carrying, and installing custom stone tops at residential and commercial job sites across the region. What You'll Do Assist lead installers with safely loading, transporting, and carrying heavy stone slabs and countertops into customer homes. Help prep job sites, set up safety gear, lay down floor protection, and maintain a clean workspace. Learn core stone installation techniques, including seams, sink cutouts, edging touch-ups, anchoring, and proper adhesives. Assist with site measurements, staging tools, and clean-up after each installation. Follow all company safety protocols and handle tools, materials, and heavy liftingresponsibly. What We're Looking For Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time, ready to work hard every day. Physical Stamina: Able to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver 75-100+ lbs with a partner or lifting equipment. Valid Driver?s License: Reliable transportation to and from our Woburn facility required. Positive Attitude: Coachable, willing to learn a valuable trade, and works well in a team environment. Education / Background: High school diploma, GED, or vocational school background preferred but not required.
