Schedule: Week 1 Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm; Week 2 Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm
As an ICF Specialist, you’ll:

Build lasting relationships while making a real difference.

Support two 6-bed residential homes working at one site for one week and the other site for the second week, switching sites every other week.

Support residents with daily living skills, total personal cares, and health needs.

Plan and enjoy outings, from shopping trips to fun community events.

Cook fresh meals, do fun activities at home, celebrate birthdays and holidays, and create a happy home life.

Encourage independence, laughter, and joy every day.

Take an active role in ensuring the ICF programs you work at maintain compliance with licensing regulations.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Compassion, patience, and a sense of fun.

2 Years of related experience
-
Ability to work 10-12+ hour shifts.

Must be 18+, have a valid MN driver’s license with a good record, and pass a DHS background study.

CNA Preferred
-
CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if you don’t yet have it).
