  • Booth Representation: When needed, provide additional manpower at conference booths to engage attendees, capture lead information; and introduce Threads & Themes.

  • Pilot Logistics: Support the delivery and distribution of pilot classroom materials, teacher guide packages, and student login collateral for active district pilot programs.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in K-12 education, educational sales support, conference event staffing, or field marketing within the EdTech/publishing industry. (Prior classroom teaching or curriculum experience in California is highly preferred).

  • Familiarity with the California public school system, County Offices of Education (COEs), and basic ELA/ELD instructional terminology.

  • Valid California Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance (travel reimbursement provided).

  • Ability to lift and transport boxes of print materials/booth equipment weighing up to 35–40 lbs.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings for drop-offs or full days during multi-day educational conferences. No overnight travel.

  • Legally authorized to work in the US.

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check as part of our pre-employment process.
