Responsibilities include establishing the product roadmap, tool development, and ongoing maintenance. In addition to these responsibilities, this role also has program management duties such as inventing and simplifying processes, managing program communications, onboarding and training users, and establishing training and program related documentation.

The successful candidate will be obsessed with internal and external system user groups, responsible for scoping and driving implementation of system functionality to the global team. They will be able to work independently to prioritize, craft, and execute deliverable as well as effectively work with partner teams that impact their primary user group.
