Full job description
At Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management. Global trade has never been more complex or more critical. Teams are underwater, reacting to a flood of challenges — from geopolitical risk to tariffs. Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents, deploying cutting-edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains. We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.
About the role As a GTM Engineer at Didero, you’ll help build and scale the systems that power our go-to-market growth. Combining technical problem-solving, data, automation, and creative outbound strategies, you'll develop smarter ways to identify, engage, and convert potential customers. This isn't a traditional BDR role. You'll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and technology, building repeatable systems that generate pipeline and accelerate our growth. You'll partner closely with sales and leadership to experiment, optimize, and scale what works. You'll join a team of builders, learners, and believers, guided by values that shape how we work and how we build.
What You'll Do
-
Build and optimize outbound systems that identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.
-
Own pipeline generation, combining targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and automated workflows to drive qualified sales opportunities.
-
Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline lead research, enrich prospect data, personalize messaging, and improve outbound efficiency.
-
Design and run GTM experiments across different customer segments, messaging strategies, and outreach channels to uncover new growth opportunities.
-
Develop scalable prospecting workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other sales technologies.
-
Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to continuously improve targeting, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline quality.
-
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, identify new opportunities, and turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.
You'll be successful in this role if you…
-
You enjoy building systems and figuring out how to make processes smarter, faster, and more scalable.
-
You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on outreach.
-
You're technically curious and excited about using AI, automation, and data to solve business problems.
-
You're highly analytical, experiment-driven, and constantly looking for ways to improve results.
-
You're resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without a predefined playbook.
-
You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from zero in a fast-moving startup environment.
Qualifications
-
1–3+ years of experience in growth, GTM engineering, sales operations, business development, or a related role.
-
Experience building or managing outbound prospecting workflows, lead generation systems, or GTM automation.
-
Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and data enrichment technologies.
-
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
-
Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve workflows and productivity.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into business outcomes.
Bonus Points For:
-
Experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
-
Experience using APIs, SQL, Python, or other scripting tools to automate workflows.
-
Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startup.
-
Familiarity with enterprise sales, account-based marketing, or complex B2B sales cycles.
-
Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise software.
What we value at Didero
-
We go beyond OTIF. We’re obsessed with our customers and go above and beyond to ensure we’re their top supplier. We work hard to earn and maintain their trust.
-
Own it. We own what we do. We stand behind the quality of our work and do the right thing, especially when it costs us.
-
Move fast. Learn faster. We have a strong bias to action and shorten the cycle by following our curiosity to improve as we go.
-
Be relentless. When one route closes, we find another.
-
Disagree, then commit. This is an open contest of ideas. We’re direct, but with respect. We’re decisive, and everyone commits because we win together.
What We Offer:
-
Competitive compensation and equity
-
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
-
Memberships for One Medical, Talkspace, Teladoc, and Kindbody
-
Unlimited PTO — we trust you to take the time you need
-
Monthly wellness stipend via ClassPass
-
Tech equipment for your setup
-
Catered lunches (for those in the office)
