The Assemblers in Stevens Point, WI safely and efficiently assembles a variety of sub-assemblies according to customer requirements, print specifications, and production requirements. Responsibilities include assembling products, operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. 1st & 2nd Shifts Available 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM [Monday through Friday] 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM [Monday through Friday] 3rd Shift Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM [Sunday through Thursday] OT include Saturdays as needed. Probationary training may be required on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Pay Range: $21.96 to $23.55/hr. ($.45/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts) Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Prescription, 401k Retirement Plan, Health Savings Account, Life/ Critical Illness, 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated 1st year based on hire) and 13 paid holidays Roles Responsibilities: * Assemble products and package components using hand and power tools, following verbal and written instructions, including blueprints * Perform a variety of tasks/roles throughout the day including set up and operate various machines, or equipment * Conduct required quality checks and complete required documentation (e.g.., scrap sheets, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection reports) * Use computer for production-related tasks such as data entry and creating labels * Operates various material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks, lifts and packaging wrappers * Performs multiple tasks, and rotates from position to position as required in the production process * Use appropriate PPE for the task assigned * Regular attendance and ability to work overtime While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
