CNC PROGRAMMER: ($23.89 - $43.03/HR) NyproMold (Jabil), Clinton, MA. NyproMold is a leader in precision mold manufacturing, committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Position Overview: Responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers to produce precision molds and components, meeting tight tolerances and production deadlines. Key Responsibilities: -Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers using CAM software -Interpret blueprints and CAD models to determine machining requirements -Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies -Collaborate with manufacturing and design personnel to ensure part requirements are met -Continuously improve cycle times and machining processes -Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years CNC programming experience in mold-making or precision machining -Strong understanding of G-code, tooling selection, and machining strategies -Experience with high-speed machining and tight tolerance work preferred -Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings -Knowledge and experience machining various tool steels -Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork/communication abilities Preferred Skills: -Experience programming 5-axis CNC machines -Experience using Mastercam -Familiarity with mold manufacturing processes -Understanding of lean manufacturing principles -Experience with ERP systems and production tracking What We Offer: -Competitive compensation based on experience -Health, dental, and vision insurance -401(k) with company match -Paid time off and holidays -Career growth opportunities -Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment Application / Contact: Apply via the Jabil Careers portal (official communications will come from jabil.com addresses).
