Develop and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows that seamlessly embed our legal guidance into business processes.
Qualifications
-
JD and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
-
6+ years of relevant legal experience, primarily advising technology companies.

Experience counseling product and engineering teams through development and launch, with sound judgment on novel or ambiguous issues.
-
Experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements, including licensing, platform, integration, or similar arrangements.
-
Ability to translate product architecture, data flows, and business objectives into clear contract terms and practical negotiating positions.
-
Experience developing reusable agreements, negotiation guidance, or other resources that make legal support more efficient.

Working knowledge of intellectual property, open source licensing, privacy and data protection, and consumer protection.
-
Strong technical fluency in AI and platform technologies, with the ability to understand how systems work through close collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
-
Hands-on use of AI and other technology to improve legal workflows, with a willingness to experiment, build, and adopt tools that automate routine work and accelerate legal support.
-
Curiosity, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to ask focused questions, learn unfamiliar technology, and develop clear recommendations.
-
