Commercial Drywall Finisher

Cajota Contracting LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Finishers to join our growing field team in the greater Pittsburgh area. We are looking for dependable, skilled finishers with experience in commercial construction, renovation, and interior build-out work. Responsibilities include: 1. Taping and finishing drywall and wallboard 2. Applying joint compound and multiple finish coats 3. Finishing inside and outside corners 4. Installing and finishing corner bead 5. Sanding and preparing surfaces for paint 6. Performing patching and repair work 7. Completing punch-list and touch-up work 8. Following project drawings, layouts, and specifications 9. Safely using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and lifts 10. Maintaining clean and organized work areas 11. Working effectively with other trades and members of the project team Qualified candidates should have professional drywall finishing experience and be capable of producing smooth, paint-ready finishes to commercial standards. Candidates should be dependable, quality-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a crew. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to jobsites throughout the greater Pittsburgh region. This is a full-time, hourly position. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Project-specific prevailing wage rates may apply on qualifying public projects.
