Job Summary

This individual will drive corporate training initiatives so that the organization can implement and achieve business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages key training events to ensure programs support desired behavioral changes

• Supports zone and field training requests

• Conducts gap analysis to develop custom programs for high profile clients and events

• Collaborates with vendors to perform trainings requested and required by the business

• Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 7 + years of relevant work experience, at least 5 spent working with multiple lines of business

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement learning programs

• Knowledge of Housekeeping / Environmental standards, preferred

• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors

• Able to travel extensively
