Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Duties

  • You will conduct daily inspection of the material condition of the facility and generate facility discrepancy notices for discovered issues.
  • You will assist in the administration of the command's Emergency Action Plans.
  • You will conduct Command material inventories and consolidate monthly inventory reports for items held by functional areas.
  • You will prepare all required paperwork for disposition on all proposed disposition items.
  • You will serve as a Government Purchase Card holder to purchase Command supplies and materials.
  • You will complete all reviews of documentation required for Command purchase card purchases.
  • You will establish lines of accounting in Citidirect for use by Command cardholders and review all transactions monthly to ensure policy adherence.
  • You will procure appropriated-fund supplies, services and equipment to include both common-use and technical items using small purchase methods and procedures.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-09) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Government Purchase Card holder to purchase Command supplies and materials. 2. Conducts daily inspection of facilities and generates trouble tickets through resolution. 3. Inventory management conducting material inventories and appropriate documents for disposition. 4. Coordinates escorts for contractors assigned to facility maintenance/support tasks. 5. Coordinates minor to major self-help projects for all facility projects. 6. Coordinates Command space management. 7. Coordinates Grounds maintenance. OR I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR I have completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. OR I have obtained an LL.M. that is related to the position being filled. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
