Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Accounting Clerk II - Customer Service working in Denver, Colorado , you will be part of the Coors Distributing Company Accounting Team . You will play a critical role in supporting Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Accounting teams through accurate transaction processing, internal customer support, invoicing, and accounting administration.

This position reports to the Accounting Manager and works closely with Sales Representatives, Operations, Warehouse teams, and Accounting colleagues to support daily business activities and ensure accurate financial processing.

What You'll Be Brewing:

• Provide internal customer service support by assisting Sales Representatives with customer orders, will-call tickets, credit requests, invoice processing, and special event equipment billing.

• Support daily accounting operations by reconciling approximately 80 delivery routes, processing bank deposits, and maintaining transaction records.

• Process distributor transfer invoices, supplier dunnage returns, and other accounting transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

• Manage document retention activities by scanning, indexing, and uploading records into the VIP system and providing backup support to other Accounting Clerk team members as needed.

Key Ingredients:

• You have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• You have experience working in an office, administrative, clerical, accounting, customer service, or related environment.

• You have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• You communicate effectively and professionally with team members, business partners, and customers.

• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• You build relationships and collaborate to achieve shared goals.

• You take accountability for results, act with integrity, and honor commitments.

• You have a thirst for learning and continuously seek opportunities to grow and improve.

Additional Information

• This position is based on-site at Coors Distributing Company and requires daily presence in the office.

• Typical working hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $51,000.00 - $66,900.00 (posting salary range) + 5 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
