Full job description
Review and analyze company's current standings to formulate annual budgeting processes, including revenue and expense plans, budgets, and capital spending plans. Develop, maintain and enforce internal control, policies, and procedures that support financial reporting integrity, and compliance with internal policy. Review financial processes including accounting, tax and controlling. Timely complete periodic financial reporting to management. Ensure proper account reconciliation of all balance sheets. Prepare monthly varianstace analyses, including detailed analyses of revenue variances, and operating expense variances. Streamline company's finance policy and procedure based on key financial indicators including profit margin, average cost, and peer comparisons amongst others.
