JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Operations Co-op Position Overview This role focuses on industry research, data analysis, sales reporting, customer support processes, and cross functional coordination. The co-op will gain exposure to how sales operations drive efficiency, decision-making, and customer satisfaction across the business. This position reports to the Sales Operations team and works closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Product Management. --- Key Responsibilities • Review and validate AI-generated daily industry updates and distribute them to the executive team • Research and update monthly industry and economic data for management and business reviews • Track, research, and document competitive insights and key industry developments for strategic planning • Support sales finance activities, including financial analysis, cost analysis, and sales planning • Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and recurring monthly data • Support master data and account management processes • Assist with administering customer loyalty programs and CRM tools • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation • Manage customer inquiries and support tracking of recurring metrics • Support ad hoc sales and marketing operations requests --- Eligibility Requirements • Currently attending an accredited college or university • Majoring in Sales, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field • 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher • Proficient in understanding databases and analyzing data • Strong organizational and communication skills • Resourceful, organized, and self-motivated • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced, professional environment • Proficient in Microsoft® Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Additional skills that are a plus: Power BI, AI tools, CRM experience GENERAL INFORMATION Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems • 35500 Chester Road • Avon, Ohio 44011 • 440-329-9000 APPLY ONLINE AT BENDIX.COM/CAREERS Hours and Location: 40-hour work week on-site in Avon, Ohio (20 miles west of Cleveland) Pay Rate: $16 - $22.95/hour (c
