About Us Country Glass has been serving Greater Boston and MetroWest since 1984. We specialize in frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, insulated glass units, and commercial storefronts, and we partner with builders, general contractors, and property managers on residential and commercial projects. About the Role We're looking for an experienced glazier who takes pride in clean, precise work. You'll handle installations independently or lead a small crew, work directly with contractors and customers on site, and help maintain the quality standard our reputation is built on. What You'll Do - Install frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures and hardware - Install custom mirrors - Field-measure and replace insulated glass units - Install aluminum storefront framing, entrances, and commercial glazing systems - Read and work from shop drawings and job specifications - Communicate with general contractors, builders, and customers on site - Mentor and direct apprentices and helpers-Requirements - Minimum 2 years of professional glazing experience - Proficiency with glazing tools, hardware, and installation methods - Ability to take accurate field measurements - Able to lift [75] lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and at heights - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop - Professional, dependable, and quality-focused Preferred - Commercial storefront experience - Experience with frameless shower installation - OSHA 10 certification What We Offer - $31/hour starting pay, higher based on experience - Opportunity to grow into a Lead Technician role - [Health insurance / paid time off / paid holidays / retirement plan] - Steady residential and commercial work with an established company
