Description

Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

Our company is seeking a seasoned Assistant Community Manager with HUD experience and 2-5 years of prior experience to join our team. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 90 days of date of hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in managing the community's budget and financials

  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist in the planning and execution of community events and activities

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and assist with the leasing process

  • Ensure that the community is well-maintained and that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of prior experience as an Assistant Community Manager

  • HUD experience is a must

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
