Situated close to the stunning beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at risk males. The academy offers evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being. With its prime location and a focus on personalized treatment, Palm Beach Youth Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.

Pay : Starting at $21.86 per hour.

What you will do: As a Case Manager, you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. In this role, the Case Manager collaborates with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan by providing individual counseling and skill development and communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc. on the progress each youth on your case load. Case Managers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’s needs; monitor and document clinical behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.

To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field ~ Have prior case management experience, including three years' experience with juveniles ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: 5 Days on, 2 Days off – 40 hours/week.
