Collect and validate employee, performance, and payout data, investigating discrepancies and following issues through to resolution

Support incentive calculations and prepare accurate, well-organized outputs for review and approval

Partner with Accounting on incentive-related accounts, including reconciliations, accrual support, account coding, and responding to questions about plan results
-
Coordinate with Payroll to prepare and submit approved incentive payments accurately and by established deadlines
-
Maintain clear records of plan inputs, calculations, approvals, adjustments, and submissions
-
Help identify ways to make incentive processes more accurate, consistent, and efficient
-
Respond to questions from internal partners and explain data or calculations clearly

Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data; experience with Excel or Google Sheets is helpful
-
Ability to investigate a data issue, ask focused questions, and explain what you found
