  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or developing technical professionals.

  • Strong technical background supporting complex scientific, analytical, or semiconductor equipment.

  • Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing technical escalations, solving complex equipment problems, and working directly with customers.

Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies or workflows:

  • DualBeam or Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems

  • Semiconductor wafer-related equipment or workflows

  • X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS)

  • Electronic Failure Analysis (EFA)

Additional technical capabilities include:

  • Experience troubleshooting ultra-high vacuum and high-voltage systems.

  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to diagnose complex equipment failures and guide effective technical resolutions.

  • Familiarity with comparable analytical or semiconductor equipment from other manufacturers is welcomed.

Leadership and Customer Partnership

  • Ability to develop and motivate engineers with varying levels of technical experience.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with technical teams and customer stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to remain organized and solution-focused during high-priority equipment escalations.

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, service quality, and continuous improvement.
