Analyze processes, financial data, and technical information to identify issues and optimize workflows, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and supporting procurement activities. Develop detailed project plans; manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
