Schedule: Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Coordinate surgical scheduling and master calendar management for orthopedic spine and trauma cases to optimize operating room utilization and surgical team readiness.

• Obtain prior authorizations and verify insurance coverage for complex surgical procedures to prevent care delays and avoid financial barriers.

• Manage end-to-end perioperative communications across surgeons, hospital OR staff, clinic teams and patients to ensure seamless case preparation.

• Maintain complete schedule accuracy independently in a fast-paced environment, making real-time updates as emergency trauma cases arise.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
