Our ICU nurses provide advanced, patient-centered care in a supportive environment where teamwork, expertise, and compassion make all the difference. What Youll Do: - Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients - Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs using advanced equipment and protocols - Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams - Document and communicate patient status and care interventions accurately - Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement Requirements: - Current Kansas RN license (or eligibility) - BLS required; ACLS required (or obtained within 6 months) - Critical care or step-down experience preferred, but we will train strong candidates Schedule: - Full-time, Nights (7p7a) 36 hours per week
