Now Hiring: Regional Property Manager – Silicon Valley / Santa Cruz County

An established and growing property management organization is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and lead on-site property management teams. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys building systems, improving operations, developing people, and driving results. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-site operations, coaching and holding property managers accountable, conducting property inspections, improving processes and procedures, monitoring budgets and financial performance, overseeing maintenance and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with California landlord-tenant and fair housing regulations. Experience managing multiple residential properties, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with property management software are essential. AppFolio experience is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with ownership while maintaining a strong presence in the field. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in residential property management or regional property oversight.

• Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing performance, budgeting, and expense control.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold site teams accountable in a multi-property environment.

• Experience developing structured processes, operational standards, and performance tracking methods.

• Proficiency with property management software, including AppFolio.

• Ability to conduct site visits, assess property conditions, and address operational or maintenance issues effectively.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work closely with both leadership and on-site teams.
