Full job description

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations. Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end. Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register. Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales Support Ollies Army and other donation programs year-round. Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
