3rd Shift Production Supervisor Do you have manufacturing and leadership experience? Are you a positive person that knows how to motivate a team? Haas Door is looking for its next great employee and it could be you! **What you will do: ** - Coach, develop, and guide production employees in daily tasks and functions - Oversee safety, quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in the production area - Assist in addressing personnel issues and fostering positive employee relations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional alignment **What you should have: ** - High School diploma or GED - 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience - Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, kneel, climb, stretch/reach and walk on a consistent basis - Must be able to work full time and additional hours as needed: Schedule is 7:30pm to 6:00am We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with benefits effective after 30 days.
