Full job description
KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is a leading travel search engine. With billions of queries across our platforms, we help people find their perfect flight, stay, rental car and vacation package. We're also transforming business travel with a new corporate travel solution, KAYAK for Business.
As an employee of KAYAK, you will be part of a travel company that operates a portfolio of global metasearch brands including momondo, Cheapflights and HotelsCombined, among others. From start-up to industry leader, innovation is in our DNA and every employee has an opportunity to make their mark. Our focus is on building the best travel search engine to make it easier for everyone to experience the world.
Brand marketing at KAYAK is a strategic priority — and this role sits at the center of it. As a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing on our North America team, you'll help shape how millions of travelers discover, think about, and choose KAYAK, working alongside a collaborative team that is energized by bold ideas and committed to making the brand impossible to ignore.
Based in our Miami office and embedded within the broader Commercial/Marketing/Growth organization, you'll contribute to integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — partnering closely with Creative, PR, Performance Marketing, Product, and external agency teams to bring campaigns to life and measure their impact.
In this role you will:
-
Contribute to the development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels in the North American market.
-
Support creative briefing processes, working closely with in-house creative teams and external agency partners to develop and refine campaign concepts.
-
Assist with media planning and coordination across traditional and digital channels, including television, out-of-home, digital video, and social media.
-
Help adapt global brand platforms and messaging for the US market, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with overall brand positioning.
-
Track and report on campaign performance, translating data and metrics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
-
Monitor cultural trends and current events to identify opportunities for the brand to participate in timely, relevant conversations across press and social channels.
-
Collaborate with PR, Performance Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and consistency across consumer touchpoints.
-
Support brand health measurement efforts, including coordinating with research partners and contributing to creative testing initiatives.
-
Contribute to the management of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer and creator programs — from planning through performance review.
-
Manage project timelines and coordinate across teams and external partners to keep campaigns on track and on budget.
Please apply if you have:
-
5 or more years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a closely related field — agency-side and brand-side experience are both welcome; equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are also considered.
-
A track record of contributing to the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from briefing through launch and measurement.
-
Familiarity with media planning across traditional and digital channels (e.g., television, out-of-home, digital video, paid social).
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to a range of audiences.
-
Comfort working with campaign performance data and translating metrics into clear, actionable insights.
-
A collaborative working style and the ability to build productive relationships across internal teams and with external partners.
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
-
Genuine curiosity about culture, consumer behavior, and the travel industry.
-
A degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
The following are a plus, but not required:
-
Experience with brand health measurement tools or creative testing platforms.
-
Familiarity with social media management or content planning tools.
-
Experience working with or managing creative agencies.
-
Interest in or experience within the travel or technology industry.
