Full job description
Our client, Harvest-related operations is seeking a Elevator Worker to join their team. As a Elevator Worker, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day grain handling and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, dependable work habits, and the willingness to step in wherever support is needed—while staying ready to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Title: Elevator Worker
Location: Montpelier, IN
Pay Range: $19.00/ hour
Shift: Must be open to all shifts and days of the week
What's the Job?
-
Dump and load railcars and trucks to support efficient material movement
-
Operate a grain dryer as part of the production workflow
-
Assist with grain handling to keep operations running smoothly
-
Complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe work area
-
Support general maintenance tasks as needed
What's Needed?
-
Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
-
High school education or equivalent
-
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
-
Able to meet climbing stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs unassisted

Willing to work overtime and weekends, if needed; demonstrate initiative to work independently while staying flexible for team work
