Painter/Sprayer

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter/Sprayer to join our team in West Boylston, MA. The Painter/Sprayer will be responsible for spraying various parts for EMI shielding and cosmetic applications. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written work instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using a spray gun and pressure-feed tank. Experience with smooth and texturing techniques is a plus. Key Responsibilities ~ Spray various parts for EMI shielding and cosmetic paint applications ~ Mix paints, solvents, and catalysts according to work instructions ~ Read and follow written work instructions, work orders, and samples ~ Use spray guns, pressure-feed tanks, and pneumatic mechanical masking devices ~ Apply paint to specified areas of raw parts according to production requirements ~ Use masking devices and fixtures to ensure proper paint application ~ Monitor completed work to ensure quality and accuracy ~ Maintain consistent production and quality standards ~ Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements ~ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe ~ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications ~ Previous painting or industrial spraying experience preferred ~ Experience using a spray gun and pressure-feed tank is a plus ~ Knowledge of smooth and texturing techniques is a plus ~ Ability to read and follow written work instructions ~ Strong attention to detail and quality ~ Good hand dexterity and coordination ~ Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team ~ Ability to stand for the entire shift ~ Ability to lift parts and materials weighing approximately 30?50 lbs. ~ Ability to push and pull racks loaded with parts ~ Must be able to wear a respirator for the duration of the workday ~ Must be clean-shaven where required to ensure a proper respirator seal Training / Certifications / Education Requirements ~ High school diploma or equivalent preferred ~ Previous industrial painting or spraying experience preferred ~ On-the-job training may be provided based on experience and qualifications ~ No specific certification required unless otherwise specified by the employer Why Work With Us As a trusted staffing partner, we connect talented individuals with reputable employers across a variety of industries.
