The job duties required include but are not limited to: taking samples of molten aluminum from the pots on the production floor and then analyzing them to ensure that the order will meet or exceed the customer's specs. Lab Tech will then enter this data accurately into spreadsheets in Excel for tracking. ** ** Key Responsibilities · Sample Collection: Take metal samples directly from production floor pots or furnaces. · Quality Analysis: Test and analyze metal samples using spectrometers or laboratory equipment to verify chemical composition and specifications. ·[ & ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
