Position Details

Job Title: Manager Projects and Analytics BMG

Facility: BayCare Concourse

Location: Tampa, FL

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Position Summary

• Responsible for the execution and oversight of BMG’s operational project portfolio, analytics infrastructure and process standardization efforts.

• Serves as a key connector between Practice Advancement strategy and field execution, ensuring timely project delivery, data-driven insights and implementation of standardized tools and workflows.

• Operates within a highly matrixed environment, partnering with BayCare Medical Group leadership and enterprise departments (IS, PMO, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Real Estate) to deliver initiatives that improve performance, visibility and operational scalability.

• Aligns execution plans with strategic priorities and enables practice-level adoption of enterprise standards.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in business, healthcare or a related field AND 5 years of leadership experience in medical group management within an integrated healthcare system, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job.

• Other Requirements: Expert-level working knowledge of group practices, principles and operations.
