Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing new commercial business relationships for the Bank, processing commercial loans, and maintaining existing commercial business relationships.
Responsibilities (Essential):

Prospect new commercial business including team referrals of treasury, depository, and wealth management services.

Originate, evaluate, process and close commercial loans consistent with Bank’s credit policy and credit culture.

Maintain and provide exceptional client service with existing commercial relationships.
-
Represent the Bank in the local community including participation in community and civic organizations.
-
Market the Bank’s products and services, cross-selling to customers.

Work closely with support staff and analysts to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Enthusiastically support the Bank’s Guiding Principles and Brand Behaviors.

Adhere to federal regulatory requirements, such as the Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Acts, and all established policies and

Required Education & Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of banking experience is required with at least 5 years of commercial lending and 2 years of credit analysis desired.

College degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred.

Proven business development and communications skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Be organized and have analytical skills and careful attention to detail.

Ability to analyze and interpret results to support logical conclusions.

Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Schedule Expectations:
Full time, 40 hours per week. Over 40 hours as required.
Required Travel:
This position requires travel approximately 15% of work hours.
