Registered Nurse (RN)

Sthenos Technologies (Sthenos LLC, registered with the PA Department of State, entity ID 0015834550) is a contracted healthcare staffing vendor supporting Commonwealth of Pennsylvania facilities. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) at Selinsgrove State Centre, a Department of Human Services / Office of Developmental Programs facility located at 1000 Route 522, Selinsgrove, PA 17870. Five (5) openings. Responsibilities: complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident health status; administer medications, treatments and ordered therapies; respond to urgent clinical concerns and communicate with physicians and providers; coordinate care with LPNs, direct-care staff and the interdisciplinary team; maintain accurate nursing notes and medication records; follow infection-control, safety and facility procedures. Requirements: active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR certification; a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (residential, developmental disability, long-term care, behavioral health or hospital experience preferred); strong clinical judgment and documentation skills; reliable attendance. Standard Commonwealth pre-placement clearances (PA State Police criminal history, FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, physical, TB screening and drug screen) are coordinated through Sthenos before the start date. Employment details: full-time, 40 hours per week, W-2 employee of Sthenos Technologies (employer of record), paid weekly. Pay range $46.00 to $52.00 per hour depending on experience.
