Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Portfolio Test Lead Quality Assurance Testing to lead enterprise wide testing initiatives drive quality transformation programs and manage largescale delivery engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing strategy project management stakeholder management and team leadership with a proven track record of managing large QA organizations and delivering high quality outcomes across complex programs

Experience:

12 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing with proven success in leading largescale testing and quality engineering programs

Strong expertise in Testing Strategy Test Planning Quality Governance and Delivery Management across Agile and traditional delivery models

Demonstrated experience in Project, Program Management and driving QA transformation initiatives

Proven leadership of 25 member teams including resource planning mentoring and performance management

Experience working in client facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills exposure to Onshore Offshore delivery models is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive enterprise wide testing strategy planning governance and quality assurance frameworks

Lead end to end testing delivery ensuring quality schedule budget and business objectives are achieved

Manage and develop high performing QA teams ensuring effective resource utilization and delivery excellence

Drive quality transformation initiatives including automation process improvements and Quality Engineering best practices

Act as the primary client and stakeholder interface providing leadership communication risk management and delivery oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing and delivering projects within an Onshore Offshore delivery model

Experience in test automation DevOps CICD and Quality Engineering transformations

PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum ISTQB or equivalent certifications are desirable

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 105,000 - 115,098.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
