The ideal candidate should have field experience in construction, the ability to lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, manage project timelines, and ensure daily operations run smoothly on-site. Strong communication is essential, as this role requires frequent collaboration between field staff and office management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Full-time availability - 2+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role - Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications - Proven experience in coordinating with subcontractors and managing schedules - Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable using basic construction software or mobile project management tools - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
