Full job description

The Role As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll be an important part of the team responsible for getting customers live on Campfire. You’ll partner closely with an Implementation Manager and take ownership of key workstreams across the deployment lifecycle. You’ll get hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, testing, accounting workflows, and customer delivery while building the skills to eventually lead implementations independently. Success in this role means being someone the team can rely on to take ownership of your work, stay organized, solve problems, and keep things moving.

-
Maintain clear documentation and ensure customer requirements and implementation details are captured accurately
-
Support go-live activities and post-launch stabilization
-
Continuously learn Campfire’s product, accounting workflows, and implementation best practices
What we're looking for
-
1–4 years of experience in implementation, consulting, accounting systems, ERP, financial systems, or a related field
-

-
A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
-
Strong project and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Comfortable working directly with customers and communicating clearly with different stakeholders
-
Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to ramp quickly in a fast-moving environment
-
CPA, accounting, finance, or related background is a plus
