LiveRamp is seeking a Executive Partner to own and grow our relationship with Publicis Groupe, one of our largest and most strategically important clients; a global holding company spanning multiple agencies and business units. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who can operate equally well in a boardroom with senior executives and in the weeds of operational integration across a complex, matrixed organization.

You will be the connective tissue between the holding company and LiveRamp — bringing visibility to, and consumption of, LiveRamp’s end-to-end product suite to senior agency leaders. You’ll help to drive operational success across business units, cultivating senior-level relationships, translating client needs into product input, and ensuring both organizations are aligned around shared goals and a joint roadmap. This role requires someone who thrives on complexity, builds trust quickly, and can navigate large, decentralized organizations without losing momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Integration Across Business Units

  • Own end-to-end operational integration between LiveRamp and each of the holding company's business units, agencies, and regional teams.

  • Serve as global lead for existing and prospective client needs; partner with regional LiveRamp & Groupe leaders/SMEs to ensure client goals are met.

  • Identify and resolve integration blockers, ensuring consistent onboarding, adoption, and usage across a decentralized client organization.

  • Partner cross-functionally with LiveRamp's Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure operational delivery matches client expectations.

Senior Relationship Management

  • Establish, deepen, and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and executives across the holding company and its business units.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each business unit's unique priorities, pressures, and goals.

  • Build a multi-threaded relationship map to reduce single points of failure and ensure continuity of trust across the account.

Voice of the Client to Product

  • Act as the primary conduit for bringing holding company needs, feedback, and use cases back to LiveRamp's product organization.

  • Synthesize feedback across business units into clear, prioritized input for product and engineering teams.

  • Advocate internally for the client's roadmap needs while balancing LiveRamp's broader product strategy.

Executive Liaison

  • Act as the primary liaison between key holding company executives and LiveRamp leadership.

  • Prepare and facilitate executive business reviews, escalations, and strategic conversations.

  • Ensure alignment and clear communication flow between both organizations at every level.

Success Metrics & Joint Roadmap Planning

  • Define, track, and report on success metrics and KPIs that reflect the health and value of the partnership.

  • Lead joint roadmap planning sessions with the client, aligning LiveRamp's product direction with the holding company's strategic priorities.

  • Develop and maintain a shared account plan and mutual success plan with clear milestones and ownership.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong, multi-threaded relationships across business units and executive levels, resulting in high trust and low relationship risk.

  • Seamless operational integration with minimal friction across business units.

  • A clear, well-prioritized feed of client needs actively shaping the LiveRamp product roadmap.

  • A jointly owned roadmap and success metrics framework that both organizations use to track progress.

  • Measurable growth in adoption, satisfaction, and expansion within the account.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in relationship/account management, client success, or partnership roles, ideally within adtech, martech, media, or SaaS. Experience working with holding companies, agencies, or media conglomerates across a wide variety of client verticals

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units.

  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C-suite and senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable product feedback.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Experience defining and reporting on success metrics/KPIs for strategic accounts.

Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of the data collaboration, identity resolution, and data clean room technology space

  • Experience leading joint business planning or roadmap alignment processes with enterprise clients.
